Looks Stunning, great Quality, but doesn’t function well

I love the look and scale of the earrings. Clearly quality. But the backing is really hard to put on and take out which makes it a painful process. Once the earrings are on, they spin a lot. So when I check the mirror my two earrings are never in the same orientation. Lastly they really do not work well with headphones. I will probably only wear for special events rather than at work for an all day wear.

Hi Monique, I'm really sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your experience. I just emailed you regarding a solution (new earring backs to replace the tight ones). The spinning is an intentional kinetic design which I did not communicate well through the photos and the description of the product.
