Return And Exchange Policy

Returns are easy and free, no matter where you are located. Within 60 days of delivery, if you would like to return your item, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Email emily@jygao.com and you will be provided with a free return label with tracking.

2. Pack your order securely in a box, print your prepaid label and attach to the box.

3. Book a DHL pickup appointment online where they will come to your location, or drop it off at a DHL near you.
